Delete Your Account
You can delete your I'm Rich account from inside the app or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the app
- Open the I'm Rich app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
If Firebase requires recent authentication, sign out, sign in again, then repeat the deletion steps.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address connected to your account.
Include your account email, display name, sign-in method, and country or region. We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account.
Data deleted
- Firebase account identity for the app.
- Member profile, including display name and gender.
- Posts, requests, and opportunities authored by the account.
- Private conversations and messages associated with the account, where technically possible.
- Blocks created by the account.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax/accounting obligations, legal compliance, moderation history, or enforcement of terms. Reports submitted by or about an account may be retained for safety and abuse-prevention purposes.
