This Privacy Policy explains how I'm Rich collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the I'm Rich mobile app and related backend services.
Data we collect
- Account information, such as email address, display name, Firebase user ID, and sign-in provider.
- Profile information, such as display name and gender if provided.
- User-generated content, such as posts, requests, opportunities, private messages, reports, and AI chat prompts.
- Reminder data, such as appointment titles, notes, dates, times, and notification preferences.
- Technical data needed for app functionality, authentication, security, backend communication, and diagnostics.
How we use data
We use data to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Display member profiles, posts, requests, and private conversations.
- Deliver local notifications and appointment reminders.
- Generate AI-assisted expert chat responses.
- Review reports, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and improve safety.
- Provide support, account deletion, privacy choices, and security.
Service providers
The app uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, and backend operation. The app may send expert chat prompts to OpenAI through the app backend to generate AI responses. These providers process data only as needed to provide app functionality and related services.
User content and moderation
Users can publish posts, requests, opportunities, and private messages. Users can report posts and messages. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation.
AI expert chat
AI chat prompts and responses may be processed by the backend and OpenAI. AI responses are general information only and are not financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Users can report AI responses from inside the app.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and user content data while your account is active or as needed to operate the app, provide support, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce terms. You can request deletion through the app or the public account deletion page.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Visit the Privacy Choices page to make a request.
We do not sell personal information or use cross-app tracking advertising unless this policy is updated and required consent is collected.
